Terms and Conditions to buyer
~ All sales are final. (Please ask as many questions as you need before purchase)
~Price listed includes shipping WITHIN West Malaysia. Free for self-pick up within klang valley
~ Other states and sabah/sarawak are extra.

Bags de Paris will not be responsible for any lost or damages incurred during postage.

~ Once payment is made, order is consider confirmed and final.
~ Any cancellation then, will forfeit all money deposited.

~ All of our merchandise are pre-loved unless otherwise stated.
~ Payments can be deposit into our maybank, cimb, or public bank account.
~ (Details will be provided after your order is confirmed)
~ We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

1. All our items are 100% money back guaranteed genuine, authentic and original. 

2. We respect serious buyers only. No time wasters and back out buyers.

4. You can reserved your desired item by making a deposit, however, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be reserved for the next person who actually makes a deposit.

5. Installment plan accepted but payment for monthly installment must be prompt, otherwise you will be blacklisted.

Once you have made the 1st payment for installment, it means you have agreed to the final total amount and price haggling/reduction will not be entertained during the course of installment.

6. Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation or booking. so please consider seriously before making any booking/payment.

7. We will only release your item once FULL PAYMENT / INSTALLMENT has been paid.

8. Once the item has arrived, you must pay outstanding balance within 1 week time, otherwise your item will be re-listed for sale, and we reserves the right to forfeit your booking payment.

9. Payment can be made by bank transfer either by paypal, bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB and Public bank. Credit card is also accepted but charges applies. (bank details will be provided )

10. Kindly provide me the proof of payment upon requested and email me your full details.

11. Please allow 2-3 days for ready stock/item to be shipped.

12. Good sold are non-refundable, exchangeable or returnable.

13. Tracking no will be provided. WE will not be held liable / responsible for lost or damages during shipping.

14. Other than issues if authenticity, all sales are final. No returns are accepted so please read the description. Agreeing to purchase automatically means you have accepted the condition of items as they are.
